Subject to these Terms and restrictions on data processing in our Privacy Statement, as amended from time to time, you grant the Supplier permission to use the data contained in that User Provided Content as search results on or through any media or medium and with any technology or devices now known or hereafter developed or discovered. The Supplier may scan, image and/or create an index from the User Provided Content you submit.
Generally, you must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from infringing any third-party rights or interests (including, without limitation, privacy and intellectual property rights) and you shall not knowingly, willfully or recklessly submit inaccurate, defamatory or offensive Content to the Website or other users.

The Supplier makes no warranty concerning, is not responsible for and does not endorse any third party provided goods or services, and you agree that any recourse for dissatisfaction or problems with those goods or services will be sought from the third party provider and not from The Supplier.
All prices will be reviewed from time to time and may increase or decrease accordingly.
Payments will only be accepted in $US dollars or INR.

Once your free listing, or paid Premium membership has commenced, you can withdraw it at any time by notifying support@easyvessel.com
Disputes can always arise between suppliers and buyers for many reasons and can be anything from a simple miscommunication to an outright theft or fraud. We encourage all buyers to carry out their own due diligence before entering into a relationship with a third party supplier like you would with any business relationship that you enter.
There are some simple steps you can take to reduce the chance of fraud or theft of your goods or money. These include:
If you have exhausted every method to contact the supplier and feel that you are the victim of fraud please contact us first and we will contact the supplier to try to establish communication with you.
Unfortunately we are unable to get involved in the detail of the dispute as the contract is between you and the supplier.
We would then advise that you contact the law enforcement agency in that state or country.
You could also contact a legal professional in that country to see what rights you have in pursuing the supplier.
